April 22, 2010

I watched the documentary on PBS last night.

Which is worse? Consumers' and governments' collective sins of omission (not doing something) or corporate sins of commission?

I'm not a Luddite. I firmly believe in the gifts that technology continually brings to improve the lives of people, other living beings and the earth.

But I also firmly believe that each of us must take responsibility to make ourselves aware of harmful effects that our own and our collective greed (or even merely serving our own convenience) has on people, animals, plants or the environment.

I'll spare you any further of my ranting and raving. See and hear for yourself.

Then it's up to you to decide what YOU will or will not do to make the world a better place.
