Rethinking Gene-Related Patents, Apps

Since April 2003, we've reported monthly on new gene-related patents and patent applications posted by the US Patent Office.
In light of the recent ruling against Myriad Genetics, lawsuits by and against companies such as Monsanto and other gene-related controversies, we're wondering whether we need to change our reporting focus.
This isn't a change we'll take lightly, and we'd appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
